 Return Policy

Purchases may be exchanged within  ten (10) days of the date of purchase either for another item or for store credit to be used within one year.  We do not give refunds.

Any scratched, altered, blemished, used/worn or broken items are not eligible for  exchange unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or unless the item(s) were flawed due to our fabrication error.

Please email us at eftaylor@zetagallery.com before returning the item to obtain a return authorization number, otherwise the package cannot be accepted.

Special orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
